Service Email Response
We have created a service email rule in Pega 7.1.7 version. It is listening to an email and creating case correctly but as response it is sending email only to the person from whom the email was received. There are various articles on PDN that helps to unserstand how to modify from and body of response. But is there any option or way where we can change the To of the response email.
Tried using a clipboard page in response tab and setting the pyTo values to desired email. But that is not taking an effect.
Any help on this is highly appreciated.
