Sending request payload in Query string in POST method

We are trying to integrate REST post method service in Pega 7.4, which request sends in Query string.

I have tried with many content-type as given in many of Pega posts, but server sends error message "bad request".

This works fine in SOAP UI and Postman.

This POST REST service has to put query parameters in message body. SOAP UI configuration has attached herewith. Is there way to send query parameters in message body from PEGA.
