Sending message from a connector
You want to modify the following order approval process so that a text message is sent to a customer when the order has been approved and will be fulfilled.
How would you modify the process to send the text message?
1) Add a notification to the Yes connector.
2) Add a Utility shape to the Yes connector. Configure the shape to call the CorrNew activity.
3) Add an Assignment shape to the Yes connector and add a notification to the assignment.

Do you mean Text message as a sending an email?
If yes, The answer would be 2.
CorrNew is an OOTB activity that is used to send the correspondence, we can pass a message, subject, etc as parameters.

I think we don't need to add an extra assignment to just send the notification.
