Send Multiples Files in one email

Hi Everyone,

I have Form where list of attachments in case are populated along with check box.

User can select any attachment and clicks on submit. Now i need to send email with attachments selected by user.

I have used sendemailwithattachment & sendsimpleemail OOTB Activities by  passing list of Data-Attach instances by comma seperated.

But, i couldn't get proper solution, Could you please help me on it.
