We have created an Alexa channel in Pega platform. Able to get text responses and create cases in Pega platform. We are struck in passing the case answers from Alexa to Pega platform. The answer to case's question is not getting mapped to Case field in Pega.
Please help us to pass the answers to case from Alexa to Pega.
