Selecting predictions for case types
Hi,
I was trying to explore the concept of predictions for case types. When I created a predictor using prediction studio, it created two data flows. Once for generating response and storing it in DDS. The other is to train the model.
Where do I need to call the data flows? Is it called internally?
What is the significance of associating a prediction in a case type rule?(Screenshot attached)

Hi Nizam,
The data flows would be called internally. After selecting a prediction in case type settings, in App Studio when you define any condition using the condition builder you would see Prediction as a category and you choose the case resolution probability while authoring the conditions. This conditions can be used at skip stage, process entry, routing, decision shapes etc.
The probability predicts the chances of successful case completion (which would depend on the statuses you might have picked while authoring the prediction).
