Security report

We have executed the security report in version 8 , we got the result as same for all the rules  in column  Vulnerability Assessment (High risk, Medium risk, Low risk, Unknown risk, False positive)    we got the result as Unknown Risk.

 

Please let me know is the report working correctly . IF the result   is unknown risk what needs to be done  is it mandatory to fix the issue
