Section is not being displayed for a specific work item

Hi,

I need guidance for this issue (apologies since i am relatively new to a PEGA developer role).

There's a section that is missing for a specific work item, this section is visible for other work items. Please guide me through the steps needed to resolved this issue.

Thanks for posting your query in PSC. :)

From the attached document, I understand that for the workobject (S-554483), the section 'ResolutionComments' is not visible. If the reported behavior is only observed for this workobject, then compare working and non-working workobjects. I suspect the ResolutionComments might be shown based on some visibility condition if it is embedded in some other section. 

I think you are using older version of PRPC i.e. 6.x. You can make use of UI Inspector to see the top level section and analyze if ResolutionComments section is embedded in it.

Since it is a row repeat and you are refereing ResolutionComments page list in the section, also worth checkign clipboard whether the pagelist is populated there or not.

Thank you for all of your response. However, upon further investigation i think the flow of the affected work item is the problem. Please see attached document for the issue and the expected result.

 

We badly need assistance with this issue.

Hello,

 

So I take it from your attachment in both cases you performed the same reopen local action on a case and in one scenario you see a new flow assignment aligned to the coupled WO and in the other you do not. To diagnosis you are going to want to trace the submission and then review the pyWorkPage in the working case to see where the flow was added to the page and then use this information to review the non-working trace up until the same point.

Thanks for your response. Apologies but i am not familiar in reviewing the pyWorkPage can you show me a screenshot where i can see the flows being added so i can confirm where it stopped?
