Section embedded into the correspondence rule, but the format has been lost
A section has been embedded into a correspindence rule. When an email is sent, the information is retained but the format of the section has been lost, Please advise if there is a way to maintain format of the section while embedding it into a correspondence rule.

Hello Dyan,
When the section rendered in end user portal, respective skin will be availble, than it will render with all styles.
However the same section embedded in correpandance, when an email sent, now skin will not be availble, so it will be displayed without skin's styles.
So it is expected behavior, however if you want the same format in email, than include inline style for that section.

Is there any alternative approach other than usign inline style? We are trying to not use inline style if possible.
