Search out of sync between instances

Currently we are upgrading from 7.2 to 7.4 using the in-place methodology. After completing the upgrade, i have to JVM's in alternate data centers pointing at the same database. I create a rule in the database using Data Center A and save it. However when i search for that same rule on the JVM for data center b, the results return that the rule is not found in the search. However the rule exists in the database. Any ideas?

Please try to Restart both the data center and see if Rules comes in sync.

I would suggest you to raise an SR for this.
