I just came across an opportunity for improvement.

When a Ruleset is withdrawn for an activity and a previous version is still available the search functionality fails.

I'd expect the returned link to take me to the latest, available ruleset for that activity instead of failing.

Yes, there is a drop-down that shows both rulesets and their respective status and that is good.

However, when I click the search link I don't want to see a failure screen.
