SCRIPT7002: XMLHttpRequest: Network Error 0x2ef3
We are seeing below issues in the client browser especially in IE browser when we access through the load balance URL and other browsers it works fine. And because if this issue none of the button actions are working and also not loading the page properly. And when we access direct URL i.e. without load balancer it works fine in IE and others browsers.
We are using pega 7.2 on Tomcat instance.
SCRIPT7002: XMLHttpRequest: Network Error 0x2ef3, Could not complete the operation due to error 00002ef3.

The reported issue got fixed after we increased the payload from 4k to 20k in the load balancer. And this issue was happening only for IE.

Hi Naresh,
Based on the problem description, the HTTP requests flowing through load balancer are getting blocked by IE. There could be multiple reasons like bad request data, headers or a security vulnerability suspects etc related/dependent on load balancer settings.
1. Attach the Fiddler HTTP traces while replicating the issue on IE with load balancer and using direct URL.
2. Also the error screenshot from console for reference.
