BIX Script Error Class Does Not Exist

Hello,

I have a BAT file that runs a script to kick off the BIX extract. I have created a separate user and access group for this to run. However, when I run the extract from PEGA Designer Studio it run's fine. When I run it via the BAT file it does not run and gives error below:

ERROR-The Extract rule [classname]!BIXREPORT does not exist. Please check the classname and the extract rule name.

BAT file attached.

Any and all ideas are appreciated...

Can the operator that you reference with '-a' log into Designer Studio and run the extract rule? It's not clear if you meant this user can run it or some other user.

If the operator can run it in Designer Studio, are you certain the script is hitting the correct database?
