Screen Navigation Issue. Please help
Hi,
Next button is taking me to the next screen, but the Previous button is also taking me to the next screen instead of traversing backward.
Please see the attached screen shot for more details.

I have changed the action to use runscript to goto previous screen.

Thanks for your reply.
I just changed and added your script. Now when I am clicking the "Previous" button, nothing is happening. It is remaining in the same screen

When you click on the previous button, try tracing the events. Check whether is there any errors in the tracer or in the logs.
Also, if you are using custom harness, try using OOTB TabbedScreenFlow7 harness to verify the behaviour.

I am not sure what version you are on, this is provided OOTB if you use a tabbed screen flow harness.
You should be able to customize it to suit your needs.
On Pega 8.x check OOTB pyScreenFlowFooter section to check how the "Back" and "Next" buttons are configured.
