Screen Layout Center region is getting Invisible when screen resolution is 90%, Just wondering Why.?
Hi,
Problem
I am working on upgrade from Pega 7 to 7.3. While implementing Screen Layout (Header Left) i found below issue.
On click of left region panel separator, center Region is getting Invisible when screen resolution is 90%, but when its before or after 90% resolution, screen is looking fine.
Observation
When user screen has 100% screen resolution, screen is looking perfectly fine also when screen resolution getting decreased to 80% or below to that, still screen is looking fine.
But issue comes only when screen resolution is 90%.
I checked responsiveness of screen layout, embedded layouts and containers, couldn't find any discrepancy.
Please suggest what could be the reason for this behavior.

Check the breakpoint configuration under skin rule for Screen Layouts(Header Left).
It could be a browser specific issue.
Share the design time configuration as well as runtime screen to have the better understanding of the reported issue.

Hi Asif,
I have checked responsive breakpoint and don't see anything which could impact it.
i am not sure if its browser specific issue or not but this is coming in chrome. I have shared runtime screenshots for better understanding.

Can you please explain what you mean by invisible. is the section not coming up at all. Is any scroll bar coming up? Please share the screenshots at different screen resolution.

Hi Rachit,
Invisible in the sense main region of the screen is getting down but not getting displayed into the screen.
there is no scroll bar as such .

I could not reproduce the issue in-house. It may need a detailed investigation. You can probably raise an SR for this.
