I cannot think of a way to achieve this. It's also a rather bizarre requirement if you think about the implication. Putting aside the UX issue of having to navigate back to flows/steps which have already been completed to correct mistakes after the fact, allowing a user to submit whatever fields they want as they progress only to tell them at the end something they have entered is actually invalid implies the original inputs were valid at that point in time.

Is there a specific reason or business requirement they are trying to achieve here, to not nip the issue in the bud right away? And fire the validations as you finish each assignment in real time?
