Request to help on the issues encountered when running the recorded scenario based test cases.

Application consists of a page where 3 radio buttons are displayed with values 1. Approve 2.Deny 3.Pend. When Pend or Deny radio button is selected a text area need to appear so that the user enters some comments and click on the submit button to proceed further. The radio buttons and text area is getting recorded during the scenario based testing but when the TC is run the Deny and Pend option is not getting selected and some times when it is selected the text area is not appeared, due to this issue the TC is getting failed.

Any help on resolving the issue is much appreciated.
