The screenshot shows that the data page is currently set to read-only, You will have to modify this data page to edit mode for the issue to get resolved.

As per the PRPC help file the standard properties can be overridden.
Standard properties — meaning all the properties in the Pega-RULES, Pega-IntSvcs, Pega-WB, and Pega-ProCom RuleSets — have names that start with px, py, or pz.
These three prefixes are reserved. You cannot create new properties with such names. You can override these standard properties with a custom property of the same name (without changing the mode or Type).
However, rather than using Save As on the existing rule, you need to create a new property and give it the same name pyWorkPostalCode.
You should then be allowed to save the custom version of the rule.

Issue is NOT because of data page's edit mode been set as "Read only" OR due to standard properties. Issue is with its associated data transforms. Suspecting its request data transform's parameter tab has issue with its parameter name. It could have key word Param in its name.
