Save, Delete or Commit has failed because lock "***** C-3620936" is not held
we are getting a error in the production lig file "0000213c LocalExceptio E CWWEC0020E: EJB threw an unexpected (non-declared) exception during invocation of method "checkRequiredLocks" on bean "BeanId(FALCON#prbeans.jar#LockManager, null)". Exception data: java.lang.RuntimeException: Problem during method invocation (checkRequiredLocks)
at com.pega.pegarules.internal.bootstrap.PRBootstrap.invokeMethod(PRBootstrap.java:444)" caused by Save, Delete or Commit has failed because lock "***** C-3620936" is not held.
this is happening only in production enviroment and the occurrence is 1-2 in a day. due to this all the work object activity is getting roll back but external service is performed. so when ever this error is occurred the external service is triggering twice. i am not sure why it is happeing and how we can resolve it.

This issue seems to be in line with the following Support Article:
If you are using Product Version: Pega Customer Service, 6.3SP2, then you can request the related Hotfix.
However, if your product version is different then you can raise a hotfix porting request.

thanks for your help.
I just raised the SR to get the HFIX because we are using 6.1 SP1. i am not sure that will resolve our issue or not.
