Save, Delete or Commit has failed because lock "****** -16473" is not held Error in SendCorr Agent

Hi, I am getting broken queue item on SendCorr Agent. the Error : Save, Delete or Commit has failed because lock "****** -16473" is not held The SendCorr Agent trying to add FixCorr Assignment to the WO, but user acquired the lock. The agent trying 3 time and its moving to Broken item. Don't want the item move to Broken queue or losing the correspondence too. Please suggest the approach for this. Regards, Muthu
