SAP interrogation
Some parts of SAP screens are not matched or are not definable.
I do not find an answer in PEGA support center.
How can I request a SR ?

I can see that you logged support ticket INC-B13467 (Rematch not possible during running only when interrogating).
Below the conclusion:
" the issue was caused by the virtual IDs being dynamically generated thus they would change on each run of the SAP application. We worked around this by using match rules for more static properties of the controls so they would not change.
As your controls are matching our support team closed this ticket.
Academy course recommended for interrogation and match rule specific segments.

Explanation description: SAP controls were dynamically generated. Tailored the match rules to look for static, non-changing, properties.

@JeanChristopheD17042937 At the top of this page, you should see a menu item labelled "Support". In the menu beneath it, there is a link to the article below labelled "How to Get Support". This should help.

What version of SAP are you using? Is it a Windows application or is it a web application? (In my experience most of SAP is a Windows application, but I want to make sure you are using a version at least similar to what I have worked with). In my experience, most of the controls are interrogatable. SAP does tend to re-use controls though, so you really need to understand how that happens to properly match them. One trick I have used it to look in the properties window for a given target and make note of its handle. This is a unique identifier that won't change for a given control once SAP has instantiated it. I do recall seeing "new" windows appear that were simply hidden and then updated from prior interactions. If you interrogate as a new control, you might run into issues matching if you are still attached to the control.

@JeanChristopheD17042937 the details are also listed in the support document Thomas referenced.
Please go to:
Administering Support Accounts
Your company will have had an Account Administrator assigned - locate that person and they will give you the necessary User Roles to access our MSP portal.
Please contact your account representative, they will complete a Support Account Administration Form and forward it to [email protected] to be processed. This process is usually completed within 48 hours.

@JeanChristopheD17042937 One thing you can try during interrogation is to look at the other tabs in the IDE. You can add controls that you cannot otherwise interrogate with the bullseye from the Windows (or Web) controls tab. This can often find controls you can't otherwise get to.

@MarijeSchillern Some SAP screens are matched when accessing them directly. But navigation thru some others screens before accessing then make rules unmatched. How is it possible de find the correct rules always available in any circumstances ?
