SAML authentication token failure with Azure ADFS

We recently tried to migrate our authentication service for SSO from an on prem platform to Azure ADFS. We had a high rate of errors in the logs around the SAML authentication token failure. I briefly looked at the article below

Upon reviewing your associated Support Request I see that it was resolved and that you would be trying again at a later date. Did you open a new SR for that?
