The output of the resolution process is the first rule candidate found that matches all of the rule resolution criteria.
How Instance Two is correct. As the 1st candidate rule is withdrawn , 2nd candidate rule has same class, same rule set name and same major version. So 2nd rule also will be withdrawn.
So correct option will be "Instance Six". Please let me know if I am missing something here.
