RPA solution with various integrations
I am attempting to develop an RPA solution that involves Slack and websites that are not compatible with Internet Explorer.
I have found lots of documentation on Pega RPA and Windows applications.
I have installed the chrome extension browser and can get all the way to the login button but I can't get the button to click, even after using the "enable" method before the "perform click" method.
Is that typical for Chrome browsers?
Lastly has anyone ever used PEGA RPA to automate sending a message in Slack, is there documentation on that?
I only have PRS(the plug-in for Visual Studio). I do not have the actual Pega Platform.

PerformClick usually works fine with Chrome. Try to use Select Element option during interrogation and see if you can find another parent or child element where PerformClick works fine. It may be also the case when page contains some JavaScript code which is executed on specific page events and not allowing to proceed with click otherwise. In this case try to use RaiseEvent method first (for example, if you need to enter text with Pega, raise onchange event after entering text).
Slack has it's own API available: https://api.slack.com/messaging/sending
Try to use it from Pega Robotics using RestClient component or write C# script. There are C# code examples of interacting with Slack over the Internet.
