How to Integrate Pega with RPA
Hi,
Can anyone explain me how to configure Pega to integrate with RPA. I followed so many articles in PDN but none of them lead me to correct sequence of things to be done. I followed all the configurations told in other links but i don't see any robots in my Robot Manager portal.
In summary, the steps i followed are
1. Install Robot Manager, create a dedicated operator, access group, assign required roles, create work group and work queue.
2. Update CommonConfig.xml and RuntimeConfig.xml files to point to Pega url and work group.
3. Create an automation in Robotics Studio.
4. Created a case type and process flow to route case to robot work queue i created.
I don't want to configure HeartBeat because default 30 seconds is fine for me.
After this, i am not sure what to do. It would be great if someone can help here.

Yes, I have gone through that course and that's where i learnt how to configure the required xml files and installing robot manager stuff. As i mentioned, i have done the required configurations still i don't see any robots in robot manager portal.
