Rollback changes by application and user not working

I am not able to perform rollback by application of user in PRPC 8.4. Does prpcServiceUtils supports it? I have edited the properties file as mentioned here.

The 8.4 version of prpcServiceUtils will support user and application level rollback. Looks like the link you referred to does not have the 8.4 version. But the latest version would be available with the Pega 8.4 distribution image you have.

Do you see an error or does nothing happen? Can you share the PegaRULES log file from both the Pega node and the prpcServiceUtils process?

I do not see any error. But could you confirm, if prpcServiceUtils supports PRPC 8.4? Or does the current version of prpcServiceUtils support the new features (Rollback) of 8.4?
