Robotic Studio Plug-in won't install because it thinks the runtime and/or synchronization are still installed
I made a mistake and installed things in the wrong order, I mis-interpreted the install flowchart for installing Pega Robotic Automation 19.1 I installed Pega Native Foundation, RPA service, Synchronization Engine, Pega Robot Runtime, and THEN tried to install Pega Robotic Studio Plug-In. I get this error message below. So I uninstalled the Synchronization Engine, and the Runtime, rebooted, but I still got the error. I uninstalled EVERYTHING, rebooted, and I STILL get this message. How can I undo my mistake?

RESOLVED.
In addition to the other pieces of advice above, I went Dumpster Diving in my Windows 10 Registry.
I found many lingering references to "Pega Robotics Runtime", or "PegaSystems", or "Openspan" or "Pega Synchronization Engine" in the registry in hives HKEY_CURRENT_USER, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, HKEY_USERS. I deleted all references found, rebooted, and was then successful in installing Pega Robotics Studio Plug-In

I am suspecting that there could some stuff left in the installation side. Please check if there are any S/W related to runtime left on the system. If exists, un-install those S/W and try installing studio.
If you still having issues, suggesting you to raise a support request to analyze this issue.

Thank you for the suggestion as I did find folders in those locations, but it did not help:
I found Pegasystem folders in %appdata% and both Openspan and Pegasystem folders in %Program Data% I deleted all the folders, Rebooted, Tried to install again.
Still it fails.
Any other suggestions from anybody? I did submit an SR last night, but no response just yet. I'm encouraged to try and ask the Community first.

Check your Environment variables for Pega_Product_Runtime or Pega_Product_Updater. If either of these is present you will not be able to install Studio.
To locate your Environment variables, right click on This PC in File Explorer then choose Advanced system settings and finally Environment variables from the resulting dialog.
Once in Environment variables, you should be able to select and delete these variables if present.
@jeffbadger - I believe that made some progress.. I have deleted the "Pega_Product_Runtime" environment variable that I found. I rebooted my computer and attempted to install. Unfortunately, I got the same error message again.
