Robot fails to launch by executing a batch file in a scheduled task

Hi,

The windows Scheduled task fails to start the robot (using a batch file ) when it runs with a Robot User windows account with the second security option (Run whether user is logged on).

However, we can see the task history from start to completed status. Any help on this will be appreciated.

Can you explain the issue here? You've said the task shows that it was started and completed. What is the batch file doing - does it specify a startup project or are you only starting Runtime? How do you know that the robot failed to start?
