@GAURAVTYAGI thanks for reaching out. We don't currently have plans for a Ring Central Connector for Pega Call. We are looking at other CCaaS connectors, Nice CX One currently seems to be a more likely addition to Pega Call than other candidates based on the number of requests. This isn't the first time we've been asked about Ring Central so its on our radar and thanks for reaching out to us on this question.

Something that we are looking to do in the next couple of releases is to build some infrastructure to make it easier for partners and Pega Customers to add connectors to the core product. That may take us a few iterations to completely build out, but our longer term objective is to reduce the need for Pega (and only Pega) to build out net new connectors, and allow others to build, package and distribute them.
