Right click menu action is not working on Rich Text Editor in 7.1.9

In modal dialog we are showing Rich Text Editor and for this RTE we have configured event as right click and action as menu.

But menu is not showing.
Can anyone please help me.

Hi Srinivas,

For testing purpose please try creating the same use case for the UI Gallery RTE sample and let us know your observations.
