Reverse order of a column and remove every second row in excel

I want to create an automation that will 1st remove every second row from excel spreadsheet and later on it will reverse the order of elements in excel column A. (1st spreadsheet column).

My question is it possible to achieve this without coding your own methods/blocks/activities?

Could this be achieved with use of built-in PEGA tools only? If it is possible then what methods should I use?
