Retrieve Pagelist based on property value

How to retrieve a pagelist based on a property value. For eg: if the college name is specified as abc only abc college details must be displayed. How to satisfy this requirement?

You can use below two functions to check if property value is in PageList and its Index. Then you can retrive it. 

@(Pega-RULES:Utilities).IndexInPageList(<VALUE>, <PROPERTY>, PAGELIST)

or @IsInPageList(<VALUE>, <PROPERTY>, PAGELIST)
