Retrieve document as SOAP attachment from web service

Hi,

I'm trying to interact with a web service using the ServiceClient component. I need to retrieve a list of documents and then download those documents returned as SOAP attachments.

Is the Service Client component capable of downloading attachments? I'm having trouble figuring out how to use this component.
