Anyone can explain what is Error: Flow not at task. while resuming the flow.
How to resolve the issuse ?

Well,
I guess you are using the ResumeFlow to move your current assignment forward within the flow and reach another task (assignment).
But you get the error message described on this discussion when executing ResumeFlow. The meaning is, your ResumeFlow cannot be executed because there is no more assignment to resume. Somebody or something else has already moved this assignment to the next step.
So you need to find who or what has worked your assignment you wanted to resume. Maybe case history could help you understanding.

Right. I have received the same error in the past and found the same root cause, that the assignment had already been completed.
I also received an error similar to this when the flow had changed and we had not updated the parameter passed to ResumeFlow.
I would recommend looking for simple causes like these first and then, if the simple causes don't explain the problem, try the more complex causes mentioned below by SusanLiu.

Usually this is when your assignment is gone already. I tried to execute a ResumeFlow but your assignment has been removed already by another process.
