restore discarded activity

hii some body, I need your help so much!!

accidentally I discard my activity, i ever save it but i haven't checkin the last update.

is there any way to restore my activity back with her latest update?

If I understand this, you checked out an activity, made some changes, then discarded those changes.

If you clicked Discard, you cannot recover the changes as there is no record of those changes.
