Requirement: Build dynamic decisoin table

HI ,

   My requirement is to build dynamic DT, the dynamic DT have to get values from 2 different DTs with sum of their percentage values.

Example:

       DT1: BPS value in 1st cell is 20

      DT2: BPS value in 1st cell is 30

then dynamic decision table should contain : BPS in 1st cell=30%(BPS in DT1)+70%(BPS in DT2).

like this have to build entire decison table.
