Required settings for Reverse Proxy
Hi,
We are planning to have a Reverse Proxy up front before load balancer & Pega app servers. Below PDN article describes the required settings around XF-*:

In this table, X-Forward-Proto seems to be "required".
My question is is this really necessary? The reason I ask is, to do this is pretty costly and I just wanted to double check if it is true or not. Can someone please explain what exactly would be a problem if I don't set this X-Forward-Proto property?

Behavior is going to change with differing proxy server or load balancer. From what I understand, you're going to need this so that Pega can return the link with the same protocol LB expects.
