Report definition which filters data based on pxCommitDateTime which should be lesser than 8 days

I am trying to create a report definition which filters data based on pxCommitDateTime which should be lesser than 8 days. We don’t have symbolic dates for 8 days and I tried with last x days too by replacing X with 8. How to achieve this and what is the functionality of last x days and next X days?

You can use the difference in days function, in the report definition's filters to achieve your requirement - Refer to the screenshot below for the sample usage.
