Renamed existing concepts in Pega 8

Previously a page property is called Page and list as Page list. From Pega 8, we are referring to the same as Field group and Field group list respectively. In the past, data pages are renamed as D_ from Declare_. 

Do we have any Pega document that keeps track of these changes?  It would be much easier to grasp the concepts and get us updated when new releases come.
