Is it possible to rename when condition rules in pega CDH, while also updating the identifier?

In Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), you can rename When condition rules, but it is not recommended to update the identifier directly.
The identifier of a rule in Pega represents its unique internal name and is used for referencing and identification purposes within the system. Changing the identifier can lead to issues with rule resolution, dependencies, and system behavior.
