Remove PEGA OOB informational Guardrail warning

hi,

I am not sure if any one has done this, but we want to remove guardrail warning for test cases as we have so many activities with out it from lower version. This started only in 7.3 and need a way to ignore it.

HI 

Whenever you create an activity, make the activity type as a utility. Then u won't see any warning messages.
