Remove application from localhost

Hi all,

Can anyone help me to remove the created application in localhost in version 8.5.1 that should be removed with all like operator I'd , access group and other stuffs

Application rule instance can be deleted through Records Explorer-> Application ->Application. Also need to manually delete application related access groups, operators,rulesets.
