Reload Section and Work-.Open is running but not doing anything

I am calling ReloadSection and Work-.Open in Activity.

When the activity is running tracer shows its running Good, but the Secton is not getting reloaded.

Also the latest data is not there in Clipboard thread level datapage.

Can you please suggest a solution.
