Release Dates & Support for Pega Products

Hello,

At my company we are using the following products

Pega Robotics Manager (Pega App) - 4.1
Pega Package Manager (Windows App) 8.0
Pega Runtime Client (Client Desktop App) - 8.0 SP1
Pega Robot Developer Visual Studio Plugin - 8.0

I am trying to find the release dates (general availability) for each, and the support dates for each (e.g. standard support dates ([start and end], extended support [start and end]).

Is this documented anywhere?

Hello,

I reached out to your Account Executive who was able to provide the information I needed.

  • Pega Platform 7.3.1 has been released on 16th October 2017
  • Robot Manager 4 has been released on 6th December 2017
  • Robot Manger 4.1 has been released on 16th January 2019

Hello,

I have seen these notes which have details of all the changes, but it doesn't have the Release Date and Support dates.

Is this information available anywhere?

Hi @AnthonyK7574 ,

I would recommend that you connect with your account executive to make sure that you are notified when there is a public announcement of new and upcoming releases.  While this is probably not the response that you were looking for, disclosing information like release plans that have not been publicly announced could be considered insider information.
