Relaystate Parameter format issue in IDP initiated SSO (SAML 2.0) - PRPC 7.2.2
We are Implementing IDP initiated SSO Integration (SAML 2.0)in PRPC 722. But there seems to be some issue with the format of the RelayState parameter which is passed as a query string in the IDP url. When we pass the Pega SSO URL "https://hostname:443/prweb/sso" in the Relaystate finally it is being encoded as "https%3A%2F%2Fhostname%3A443%2Fprweb%2Fsso" and the encoded value is being set to targetlocation which results in a blank screen. When i tried to pass the Relaystate in the encoded format ""https%3A%2F%2Fhostname%3A443%2Fprweb%2Fsso"" even then the same issue persist. Please suggest a proper format to be used for the relaystate parameter.

Hello,
On reviewing the SR, we see that its resolved after applying HFix-35622. Please create an SR with Request Type as Existing Hotfix Request if you wish to obtain the same.

Do you have the same error as described here: https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/saml-sso-errors-idp-initiated-request. What is your IDP? Can you please capture http/SAML trace (using firefox) and attach it for review? Also attach pega error log if any.
