reduce the retry count to login the machine thru scheduler (WinService)

Issue Description:

Details: Currently WinService is trying to login the machine more than 100 times if not logged. However Account get locked if we attempts more than 3 incorrect times. So, we need to reduce the retry count to login the machine. Could you please help us to provide the steps, where to change the configuration, if any.

SR-C31957 was opened regarding this issue. As I said in that, there is no way to limit the number of login attempts by the scheduler. If it does not get past the login part, it will retry an unlimited number of times.
