Receive & send the documents and images from external system and viewing the captured documents and images from Pega

Pega application should receive and send the documents and image from upstream ( like Mobile devices, website and WhatsApp) and downstream system (like SAP) respectively. Could you please advice the best approach using OOTB functionalities and type of interface that need to be considered while implementing the logic for the highlighted scenarios (including Dos & don'ts )

All the captured documents and images should be viewed by Users from Pega
