Read Blob from Work Object table

Hi,

There is a requirement where a different team would be consuming the entire data from work table for their analysis. As it's quite evident that this data would include blob column as well which holds the data in encrypted format. Is there any way we can read to whole blob content in different system? You may want to suggest any 3rd party tool on that.
