What are the difference between the below  a) Server rendered UI  b) Server rendered UI + Landing Pages  - HYBRID c) React based UI  What is the architectural differences between the above approaches?  If we go with HYBRID approach, where we already have few existing Pages in the application and the new landing page, which we will create from APP studio, then, How will Pega understand whether to render using Server based UI or React based UI?
