RDA credentials with SSO enabled Pega PRPC

Hi All,

We have a requirement to invoke the automation on the end user desktop (RDA) from DataPage, we have configured the configurations, but the complex part here is that when the end user tries to double click on the Runtime from his desktop it asks a pop up Connect to server, where we need to enter the Username and password of Pega PRPC, but the PRPC is enabled with SSO.

How to handle this scenario, if the user enters his normal SSO credentials is it going to work or not?

This is where you'd need to use an identity provider. You can use Kerberos or ADFS if your network uses them, or we provide one with the product listed below. I would suggest getting some assistance either from Pega or from a partner if you are not comfortable with certificates and configuring servers.
